Primary Group was the owners Architectural Representative and design reviewer for the new federal courthouse. Parsons Brinckerhoff Construction Services managed the effort and provided engineering Owners Representative services for this 163 million, 765,000 sf. building on Fan Pier.

Primary Group provided architectural excellence in the execution of a complex variety of details and finishes, reviewing all finishes: interpreting details, resolving field condition conflicts, confirming cost estimates for change orders, and reviewing and approving the contractor’s monthly requisitions, schedules and design modifications.
