Primary Group conceived of the $140
million Crosstown Center mixed-use project as a catalyst for economic
development. The project is comprised of a 175-room hotel, 50,000
sf. of street retail, 280,000 sf. of office space and a 1,250 car
parking garage. Primary Group prepared all of the initial concepts
that resulted in the project's permitting and approval. Primary
Group worked with ADD Inc. to finalize the concept prior to final
design. The project boasts a 700 sf. linear park, a new interior
street and a unique position as Boston’s most affordable and
accessible downtown mixed- use project.
