| Cheshire Hall at Franklin Pierce
College was occupied in the Fall of 1998. This state-of-the-art,
suite-style residence was designed to accommodate 126 students in
ten suites. In addition to living suites, the facility also contains
a variety of common spaces, including lounges and conference rooms
and four study rooms, to allow the student community to work and
socialize together. The $3.8 million building was completed on schedule
and within budget, without a single change order.
