Notre Dame du Lac Residence Hall, designed by Primary Group, hosts 120 students in eight suites. Each suite offers accommodations in single, double, and triple occupancy bedrooms, a spacious living room, a galley kitchen with eat-in counter, ample storage space, and a private bathroom. The building provides a number of large common areas including study rooms, a lounge that can be used for meetings, special events, recreation or study, as well as, bicycle storage, laundry rooms, and public rest rooms.

The structure is clad in brick, and constructed with concrete masonry bearing walls and steel floors. Design features and materials utilized in the building were selected to require a minimum of maintenance throughout the building’s lifetime.
