The newest of Sovereign Banks downtown locations, this branch is a relocation from the arcade at the base of the Prudential tower to the new 120 Belvedere Street across from the Christian Science reflecting pond. Primary Group was charged with creating a distinctive and friendly atmosphere for arcade users and residents located in the condominiums above this space.

The branch itself is on two floors with a combined space of 7,200 sf. The upper floor opens onto the Arcade at the Prudential Center and the lower floor has direct access to Belvedere street. There is a monumental stair and elevator that connect the two floors together. This project represented the considerable Challenge of consolidating the branch functions from a space that was twice the size to that of this space. While maintaining a feeling of openness. The ascetics of the space are clean and modern to emphasize Sovereigns continued commitment to the future of their clients and the banking industry.
