Colonial Court Town houses, Stonehill College North Easton, Ma |
| Stonehill College commissioned Primary
Group to update this formerly aging complex by transforming these
units into a style and appearance more competitive with some of
the newer dormitories on campus. Composed of a series of townhouse
suites with separate entrances, Colonial Court typically houses
210 students.
Primary Group designed wings to add to each of the two-suite structures and created housing with a country cottage appeal. Each addition contains a spacious living room area, kitchen, study room, and laundry facilities. The construction phase of the project was carefully planned over the summer break without interruption to the enrollment capacity. |
