Working with Fleet Bank to develop a new prototype for retail banking. This customer-friendly “bank of the future” emphasizes openness and attracts customers and an innovative interior than integrates Fleet's branding and marketing concepts.

Our first application of the prototype concept is a new 4,600 sf. retail banking facility in Clifton Park, NY. Once inside the new bank, customers discover ATMs, and interactive computer stations with automated displays. The bank’s organizational concept emphasizes current customer preferences for the flexibility and control of multiple self-service options, and includes access to financial and investment expertise.
