Regis College commissioned Primary Group to restore and update a 40,000 sf. science building complex. We provided design and construction administration services for this $3.5 million project. The buildings house wet and dry labs for chemistry, biology, physics and psychology students.

Originally constructed in 1938 and 1971, each building required individual approaches. Modifications included the introduction of sophisticated mechanical systems, energy efficient lighting and code upgrades. An acoustic upgrade was required in the auditorium. Many of the interior spaces required conformity to curriculum, class size and professor preferences. Interior details and finishes were closely detailed to unify the two buildings with one contemporary image.
