Practicing, for over forty years, with premier architecture firms, on three continents, Liviu Brill, AIA, SCUP joined Primary Group in 1995. He has accumulated knowledge and experience ranging from trans- Oceanic ships interior architecture, to nuclear research institutions and from lodging people, to transportation and academic building. Designing and constructing buildings or master planning a campus, he is mentoring the staff and providing quality control for PGI projects.

  Gregory C. Sullivan RA, Associate
   

Gregory Sullivan has over fifteen years of professional experience while serving several architectural firms in the Boston area and Florida. Mr. Sullivan has experience working directly with clients solving programmatic, design, technical, and budget problems during all phases of projects. Mr. Sullivan’s project list illustrates a variety of buildings, including police and fire departments, historic structures, churches, educational facilities and housing for the elderly. Many of these buildings required special local and state approval such as the Historic District Commissions, handicap access boards, State Environmental Protection and Zoning Boards across many municipalities.

Matt recognizes how this evolution embraces both community and politically-based priorities. Wilhel Burke, Designer

     
 

Ms. Burke has over seven years of professional experience working in all phases of the design and building process. Her work experience includes buildings of all scales ranging from the MBTA Blue Line Stations to transient housing. Ms. Burke has an appreciation for the mastery of the technical details and has a background in field supervision and on-site coordination. Her public sector projects required comprehensive knowledge of public bidding laws including Chapter 149 and Chapter 30.

Michael Gardenier is an architectural designer, and marketing graphics coordinator at Primary Group. As a graduate of Wentworth Institute of Technology, one of the premier architectural design programs in the Boston area, he brings to Primary Group extensive, hands-on experience and skills to all phases of architectural programming, design, and construction administration.

  Christopher Lynn Urner, Designer
   

Chris Urner is a project manager, architectural designer, planner, CAD drafter/detailer and a computer-modeling designer and Web Site designer at Primary Group. Chris has excellent communication skills, is a quick study and proficient at juggling multiple tasks simultaneously. His practical experience has been further enhanced through travel and the exploration of urban areas in Europe in the summer of 1998, including the countries of Spain, France, United Kingdom, Belgium, Netherlands, Switzerland, Italy, Germany, Austria and the Czech Republic.
